iMovie Trailers

On 11/12/15, Kyle Art Club students began creating their apple movie trailers. We have 5 groups, each choosing to create a movie based upon the lives of each of the following artists; Edgar Degas, Diego Rivera, Leonardo da Vinci, Claes Oldenburg, and Claude Monet. Students were given the option to either create a biographical trailer, or create their own spin on the artist's life and create their own plot.

Projects: 

#1 Chihuly Collaboration: Each student will color a plastic cup and plate with sharpie. We will then heat them up with a heat gun so they distort and curl. Afterwards we will glue them together and mount them next to each other on the wall until the end of the year. 

#2 Coil Pots: 

#3 iMovie: The students will break up into groups of four and research a famous artist. After identifying key events in the artist's life, students will then create a tailer for their artist using props, puppets, etc.
